Creating a therapy space where children can feel excited to grow and explore was so much fun. This client and I worked together to decide on an "adventure" theme and add ok-to-play décor that added tactility to a bright aesthetic.
Creating a peaceful space for kids can be a challenge. This youngster was feeling overstimulated in his bedroom, so we moved many toys out and into their own play space. Moving the bed allowed more access to the closet and better opportunities for easy clean up.
Many homes come with odd nooks and crannies- I can help find good use for them! This weird alcove in the den turned into a perfect play space for kiddo.
Teens can learn how to be organized too! This middle schooler needed an initial push to re-set her space, and then we discussed long term strategies for how to maintain it.
I love to utilize items already in your home to create structure. These Ikea cubbies were collecting clutter before, but now add to the efficiency of this boy's closet!
